Instructions for filling up the online Application form:

  1. This is an electronic Application Form for Delhi Public School, Rohini only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling up the form to avoid rejection of your form. Please fill the boxes with the required information.
  2. The Application process consists of two steps :
    • Step 1: Filling up the Application Form (fields marked * are mandatory).
    • Step 2: Application Fee Payment.
  3. Before beginning the application process, please keep the following handy:
    • Documents required (Scanned copy) :
      • Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / equivalent authority.
      • Photograph of Applicant [ File type: .jpg/.pdf, Size : within 250 KB].
      • Report Card of Term I Exam of the Academic Session 2020-21 (if available).
      • Report Card of Final Term Exam of the Academic Session 2019-20.
      • Report Card of Final Term Exam of the Academic Session 2018-19.
      • Proof of Residence (Ration Card issued in the name of parents (mother/father having name of the child), Domicile Certificate of child or his/her parents, AADHAAR Card / Voter Identity Card / EPIC of any of the parents. Unique Identity Card of Mother / Father / Child issued by the Government of India / Electricity Bill / MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the Parents or child.)
    • Your credit card/ debit card / other banking details. The cost of Application Form is INR 25/- . The form shall be considered for further admission process, only after successful payment of Application Fee.
    • A stable internet connection.
  4. After filling the Application Form, please check all the details and spellings and click on the `I Agree` button and proceed for online submission of non-refundable Application fee.
  5. Immediately after payment, an application number will be generated and an acknowledgement mail along with the link of the filled form will be sent to the Email Id mentioned by you in the Application Form. You will not receive an email if the transaction fails. In that case, you are advised to try again.
  6. Please keep the copy of the filled application form and acknowledgement slip for future reference.
  7. No change will be entertained by the school in case of an incorrect entry.
  8. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
  9. Do not use special characters like ' " * : ! etc. while filling the form or in the file name of the attachments.
  10. Please note that submission of Application Form does not guarantee admission to the school.

  12. Please Note : Transport facility in school bus is subject to availability of seats on the existing routes. Requests for customized routes for school buses will not be entertained. Please check for the availability of transport facility before taking admission.
  • Only applicants scoring the highest grade in the present school / 90% or above in the Final Exam of the Academic Session 2018-19, 2019-20 and Term 1 of 2020-21 (separately) are eligible to apply.
  • Year-wise co-curricular activities in which the student has excelled is to be filled in 100 words under the ‘ Co-Curricular Activities’ section in the Application Form.
